For Enterprise Carriers

Scale your fleet. Not your overhead.

At 20+ trucks, the back-office becomes its own company. Dispatch coordination, compliance across every driver, IFTA across every state, payroll across every truck. We run all of it so you can run your fleet.

What We Hear

The same problems show up at every large fleet

Growing past 20 trucks isn't a dispatch problem — it's an operations problem. The companies that stall out are the ones trying to run enterprise-level freight on small-fleet infrastructure. Here's what we fix:

  • Dispatching 20 trucks with one overloaded coordinator
  • Compliance violations slipping through because no one's tracking every driver file
  • IFTA errors because mileage data is spread across five spreadsheets
  • Losing margin because you don't have time to negotiate — you just need the load covered

What We Cover

Full-stack operations for large fleets

Every piece of the back-office — dispatch, compliance, accounting — built to scale with your fleet size.

1

Multi-Truck Dispatch Coordination

We manage load coverage across your entire fleet — matching freight to the right truck, cutting deadhead between loads, and keeping every unit productive. Your dispatchers work as an extension of your team.

2

Fleet-Level Accounting

Monthly reconciliation, cash flow tracking, driver payroll, accounts receivable and payable — we run the full financial picture across every truck in your operation.

3

IFTA Filing Across All States

Running 48 states means IFTA gets complicated fast. We handle quarterly filing for your entire fleet so you're never late, never guessing on mileage allocation.

4

DOT Compliance at Scale

Driver qualification files, HOS monitoring, ELD compliance, random drug testing coordination — keeping a large fleet compliant is a full-time job. We do it so you don't have to.

5

Rate Negotiation & Broker Relationships

At your volume, rate matters more. We leverage direct broker relationships and load volume to push for better rates on every lane your fleet runs.

6

Performance Reporting

Weekly fleet summaries — loads per truck, revenue per mile, deadhead percentage, cost breakdown. The numbers you need to make real decisions about your operation.

Pricing at Scale

Flat rate. No matter how many trucks.

Dispatch is 3.5% of gross per load — same rate whether you run 5 trucks or 50. ELD is $35 per truck per month. Accounting is $200 per truck per month. No volume penalties, no tiered pricing that punishes you for growing.

Let's talk about your fleet

Every large fleet is different. Tell us how you're set up and we'll put together a coverage plan that fits. No generic pitch — a real conversation about your operation.
